Responsibilities of Management/Enforcement/Dissemination of EEO Policies
Mike Thompson, General Manager of Results Radio, has overall responsibility of hiring and of enforcing all EEO policies and to continually review our employment unit’s performance and adherence to the Commission’s EEO rules.
All current employees have been advised of our stations’ EEO policies and have received a written copy of same. Future employees will be advised of our EEO policies during the interview process. Employees have been encouraged to advise their immediate supervisor of any complaints they may have of prejudice or discrimination in the workplace.
Analysis of EEO Recruitment Programs/ Effectiveness/Pay/Benefit/Promotion and Selection Techniques
Results Radio, constantly analyzes its EEO Recruitment Program and to its effectiveness and outreach. Our pay and benefit plans are equitable for each appropriate position, and we attest that Results Radio, does not discriminate in hiring or promotion on the basis of sex, age, race or nationality. Our policy is to afford the opportunity for employment to all qualified persons.

employer vendors range approximately 100. Discussion of our industry to job seekers within our market.
FortLeonard Wood Army Career Job Fair
February 26, 2009 at the FLW National Guard Armory.

80-100 employers attended to discuss job opportunities with attending job seekers.
2nd Initiative: Semi-Annual Job Fair at FLW, sponsoring a booth, April 1, 20099:30 am – 2:00 pm

3rd Initiative: In addition, we attended the Waynesville-St Robert Area Chamber of Commerce OPERATION WORKFORCE , Thursday, August 13, 2009 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the St Robert Community Center. This is a workforce recruitment program for promoting the connection between employees and potential employers.
Also attending the Missouri S&T Career Fair, September 29, 2009. 11:00 am – 5:00 pm in the Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Gymnasium.
4th Initiative: Scholarship to University of Missouri to help maintain, enhance and expand the university’s excellent educational experience.
Activities to fulfill: Will be in attendance for the Fort Leonard Wood Career Fair to be held October 22, 2009. On average, area employer vendors range approximately 100, with 500-700 job seekers attending. Discussion of our industry to job seekers within our market.
Co-Sponsoring a Job Fair at Fort Leonard Wood , December 3, 2009, Average at this fair is 25 employers and over 200 attendees. Location will be FLW National Guard Armory.
As part of our supplemental outreach initiative, will be working with local colleges to post internship openings to introduce students to the Broadcast Industry as well as recruitment of future potential employees.
